Verification Policy
This policy explains how LawVocal verifies professional profiles and what verification means.
1. What “Verified” Means
A “Verified” status indicates that LawVocal has reviewed certain information provided by the professional (such as Bar Council details or other documentation, when applicable). Verification is limited and does not guarantee outcomes, competence, ethics, or quality of service.
2. Verification Process
- Collection of professional information (e.g., Bar Council details) provided by the user
- Document review and/or internal checks where applicable
- Platform may request additional information if needed
3. Ongoing Accuracy
Users are responsible for keeping their information accurate and up to date. LawVocal may update, remove, or revoke verification if information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or misleading.
4. Reporting
If you believe a profile is misrepresenting credentials, please report it through support via Contact.
